We are currently experiencing delay in progressing all claims. The Government introduced a new claims system in 2021, which we are required to use. Problems with the system have delayed claims across the entire industry. While Carpenters Group is coping with the new system better than other law firms, our claims are also affected and we ask for your patience while we try to push your claim through the new system – which we will do as quickly as possible.

We are lobbying hard for improvements in the process, and while there have been some improvements we are pressing for more.
